The native dashboard
GitLab's Value Stream Analytics → DORA tab covers all four keys, configurable by group and project GitLab DORA Metrics2026. The CFR definition matches DORA standard: failed deploys / total deploys.
When you need a vendor
When CFR signal needs to cross beyond GitLab pipelines (PagerDuty incidents, Jira tickets, custom heuristics) or when the dashboard does not match your board cadence, a vendor (Sleuth, LinearB, Faros) is the right move.
