Sleuth: DORA metrics pricing
Deploy-tracker DNA. Strong out-of-the-box CFR detection for teams already running PagerDuty + GitHub.
Recent changes
Added SX (free, open-source self-hosted distribution for AI coding assistants, Apache 2.0 licensing); Team plan ~$25/dev/month with advanced DORA metrics including change failure rate; Enterprise quote-only.
The DORA / CFR module
Sleuth's deploy-tracker model auto-detects deploys from GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, and manual emit. CFR is computed from deploys flagged failed via PagerDuty incident correlation or manual failure tagging within a configurable window.
At what CFR does Sleuth pay back
At $25/dev/month for a 150-dev team that is $45K/year. If Sleuth reduces CFR from 18% to 10% (the published Sleuth median improvement, scaled), the engineering-burn saving on a 90-minute MTTR team is typically $200K-$500K/year. Payback is usually well under six months at Series-C scale.
