Direct answer
Jellyfish is quote-only across three modules: AI Impact, Developer Productivity (includes DORA / CFR), and DevFinOps Jellyfish Pricing2026. We do not infer per-seat rates; typical Series-C contracts cluster in the $30K-$100K+ ARR range based on publicly reported deal sizes. The DORA module pulls incident, ticket, and git signalsJellyfish DORA2026.

Recent changes

Repackaged into three modules: AI Impact, Developer Productivity, and DevFinOps. Continues to lead executive/board-reporting segment in 500-5,000 engineer orgs.

The DORA / CFR module

Jellyfish's DORA module is part of the Developer Productivity module. CFR derives from a multi-source signal pipeline: PagerDuty / Opsgenie / Incident.io for incidents, Jira / Linear for tickets, and git provider for deploys. The strength is the executive reporting layer (board-ready CFR slices by team, division, and product area).

When Jellyfish makes sense

500+ engineer orgs that need board-grade reporting, allocation accounting (DevFinOps), and AI tooling impact tracking in one place. Below 200 engineers it is usually overkill; Sleuth or LinearB cover the CFR job at a tenth of the cost.

Why we do not list a per-seat rate

Jellyfish does not publish one. Inferring it from leaked deal sizes is unreliable because contracts are heavily module-mix and term dependent. Quote it.
